According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 12:00 on May 30, in the North Central region, Ban Ve Lake had an upstream water level at an elevation of 178 m, 22 m lower than the normal water level.
Trung Son Lake reached 153.74 m, 6.26 m lower. Khe Bo Lake is at 64.43 m, only about 0.57 m lower than the normal water level.
In the South Central region, Song Ba Ha reservoir has a water level of 103.05 m, 1.95 m lower than the normal water level. Song Tranh 2 reservoir reached 162.78 m, 12.22 m lower. A Vuong Lake is currently at 363.39 m, 16.61 m lower.
For the Central Highlands region, many lakes still have a fairly large distance from the normal water level. Ialy Lake reached 497.34 m, 17.66 m lower. Pleikrông Lake is at 552.49 m, 17.51 m lower. Dong Nai 3 Lake reached 574.48 m, 15.52 m lower.
Some reservoirs have water levels approaching normal water levels such as Se San 3 reservoir reaching 304 m, 0.5 m lower; An Khe reservoir reaching 428.42 m, 0.58 m lower; Dong Nai 4 reservoir reaching 475.45 m, 0.55 m lower; Da Mi reservoir reaching 323.82 m, 1.18 m lower.
According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on May 30, the Northern region tonight will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Tomorrow the sun will be intermittent with the highest temperature commonly 30 - 33 degrees C.
