Hydropower reservoirs in the Central - Central Highlands region generally maintain below normal water levels and operate stably.

According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 3:00 PM on July 4th, in the North Central region, Trung Son Lake had an upstream water level of 159.49m, 0.51m lower than the normal water level; water inflow to the lake was 108m3/s, total discharge was 75m3/s through the plant.

Ban Ve Lake reached a water level of 170.81m, 29.19m lower than the normal water level, and did not discharge water. Khe Bo Lake has a water level of 64.1m, 0.9m lower than the normal water level, with a total discharge volume of 95.5m3/s through the plant. Quang Tri Lake reached a water level of 460.16m, with a total discharge volume of 18m3/s, without discharging through the spillway.

In the South Central Coast, A Vuong, Song Bung 2, Song Bung 4, Vinh Son A, Song Tranh 2, Song Ba Ha and Song Hinh reservoirs all operated for power generation, without discharging through spillways. Vinh Son B, Vinh Son C, Song Tranh 2 and Song Ba Ha reservoirs did not discharge water at the updated time.

In the Central Highlands region, Pleikrông reservoir recorded a water inflow of 566m3/s, total discharge of 106m3/s. Ialy reservoir has a water inflow of 390m3/s, total discharge of 154m3/s. Se San 4 reservoir has a water inflow and total discharge reaching 210m3/s.

Srepok 3 reservoir has a water inflow of 236m3/s, total discharge volume 342m3/s. Buon Kuop reservoir has a total discharge volume of 225.21m3/s, of which 15.21m3/s passes through the spillway and is opening 1 deep discharge gate. An Khe reservoir discharges 4m3/s through the spillway and opens 1 surface discharge gate.

Buon Tua Srah, Dong Nai 3, Dong Nai 4, Don Duong, Dai Ninh, Ham Thuan and Da Mi lakes continue to operate normally, without discharge through the spillway.

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on July 4, the Northeast region tonight will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; tomorrow there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain, especially the Northeast region from tomorrow afternoon will have heavy to very heavy rain.

The Southern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places, especially in the late afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places.
