Many hydropower reservoirs in the Central - Central Highlands are lower than the normal water level, and power plants maintain stable power generation, without overflowing.

According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 5:00 PM on June 25, in the North Central region, Khe Bo Lake had the highest water inflow to the lake in the area, reaching 454.9m3/s, with a total discharge through the plant of 429.7m3/s.

Ban Ve Lake recorded a water inflow rate of 46m3/s but is generating electricity with a discharge rate of 322m3/s. Trung Son Lake has a water inflow rate of 114m3/s, total discharge rate of 85m3/s. Quang Tri Lake maintains a water level of 462.01m, total discharge rate of 18m3/s.

In the South Central Coast region, reservoirs continue to store water and operate stably. Song Ba Ha reservoir has the largest total discharge volume in the area with 120m3/s, followed by Song Tranh 2 with 51m3/s and Song Bung 4 with 49m3/s. A Vuong, Song Bung 2, Vinh Son B and Vinh Son C reservoirs have not yet discharged water.

In the Central Highlands, Se San 4 reservoir is generating electricity with a discharge flow of 230m3/s, the highest in the region. Srepok 3, Ialy, Buon Kuop and Ham Thuan reservoirs have a total discharge flow of 178m3/s, 148m3/s, 130.74m3/s and 119.15m3/s respectively.

Notably, Buon Kuop reservoir is opening 1 deep discharge gate, the discharge flow through the dam reaches 15.74m3/s. An Khe Lake operates 1 surface discharge gate with a discharge flow through the dam of 4m3/s. In addition to these two reservoirs, the remaining reservoirs do not operate deep discharge gates or surface discharge gates.

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on June 25, the midland and delta regions of the Northern region will have hot and intense heat with the highest temperature commonly 36-38 degrees Celsius, with some places above 38 degrees Celsius.

The Northern mountainous region has localized heat above 35 degrees Celsius.

The area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang and the east of Quang Ngai province to Dak Lak has intense heat, especially intense in some places with the highest temperature commonly 37-39 degrees C, in some places above 40 degrees C.
