On December 10, at the 22nd Session of the 19th Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, Vice Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Ha Lan Anh said that in the province, there are many industrial parks and clusters that have been established, approved for investment, and are being implemented with a total area of ​​438 hectares, a total investment of VND 4,150 billion and expected to be completed in 2025, 2026 such as Trung Thanh Industrial Park and 6 industrial clusters including: Hai Van, Dong Coi, Thanh Coi, Yen Bang, Tan Thinh, Giao Thien. In addition, there are 9 industrial parks that are implementing investment procedures with a total area of ​​about 3,000 hectares (Hong Tien, Xuan Kien, Hai Long, Nam Hong, Minh Chau ...).

Industrial parks and clusters that have basically completed infrastructure and are attracting investment include Rang Dong, My Thuan, and Bao Minh expanded industrial parks; and Thinh Lam and Yen Duong industrial clusters.

In the development process of the province, public investment resources and non-budgetary investment play an important role in investing in the development of the socio-economic infrastructure system, creating a clear and breakthrough change in infrastructure development.

The province has had many strong solutions to unlock investment resources, especially in the period of 2021 - 2025, the total medium-term public investment capital is about 44,263 billion VND (3 times higher than the previous period); attracting capital from investors to develop infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters with a total capital of nearly 10,000 billion VND. In particular, focusing on prioritizing the allocation of resources to promote a number of key areas, key projects with breakthrough characteristics, wide spread, and regional - inter-regional connectivity.

To enhance the capacity to attract investment for socio-economic development, Nam Dinh province has proactively focused on mobilizing many resources to invest in the construction and synchronous development of transport infrastructure, especially road infrastructure. Many key transport projects of Nam Dinh province are being accelerated to ensure completion ahead of schedule, with the expectation that when put into operation, they will develop the local socio-economy.

Regarding the progress of the projects, the Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee informed that the key projects have been completed and put into operation and the projects are urgently completing the final stages for handover, basically completed in 2024 including the coastal road; Ben Moi bridge connecting Nam Dinh - Ninh Binh; Dong Cao bridge completion; Day river overpass completion on Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway; inauguration and energization of 500KV line 3; Festival Center area of ​​the Tran Dynasty historical - cultural relic site.

The projects being urgently completed in 2025 include the development axis road connecting the province's marine economic zone with the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway; the new Nam Dinh - Lac Quan - coastal road; the bridge over the Dao River and the axis road in the South of Nam Dinh City; and the provincial general hospital.
