On December 9, Nam Dinh Provincial Police and Nghia Hung District Police, along with related forces, mobilized human resources and vehicles to deploy security and order assurance plans to serve land recovery and site clearance work in the Con Xanh area (Nghia Hung District).
The implementation plan follows the "4 on-site" motto, focusing on advocacy, education, and persuasion; not only meeting political, legal, and professional requirements but also ensuring absolute safety for participating forces, people, and state assets. At the same time, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of relevant organizations and individuals.
Previously, the authorities focused on propagating and explaining to the households raising aquatic products in the project area to understand the legal regulations on planning management and land use plans in the project area in particular and the Con Xanh area in general; clearly understand that obstructing the authorities from performing their duties is a violation of the law; thereby raising citizens' sense of responsibility, supporting the province's policy in attracting investment, implementing construction of works and projects to serve socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
As of December 9, this area had over 130 households signing to hand over the land to the government for management.
In the coming time, the functional forces will promote their role in ensuring absolute security and safety in the land recovery process. Resolutely and strictly handle cases of obstruction and resistance against law enforcement officers, and especially those who take advantage of the implementation of land recovery measures by the government in Con Xanh to distort, sabotage and violate the law.
Nam Dinh has completed land clearance in Con Xanh area to hand over clean land to Xuan Thien Group to soon start investing in the construction of the Green Steel Project Complex. This is a key project group of the province aiming to build a green, environmentally friendly industry.
