On the morning of July 14, according to the reporter's records, there was a broken piece of glass in the porch where the victim fell.

Mr. Nguyen V.T., a resident of the building, said: "I don't understand why the young man fell from such a high floor. When he fell, this person got into the porch, causing the glass to break. Everyone tried to take the victim down for first aid.

According to some residents, the young man had an accident while cleaning the windows of his apartment, but unfortunately slipped and fell onto the porch, leading to his death.

The medical team said that during the first aid, the victim had no signs of survival, so they handed him over to the police station to take him to a cold home to serve the investigation. The young man is about 30 years old and has not yet determined his hometown.

A leader of Tay Mo Ward Police confirmed the incident and said that after the victim was taken to the porch, the authorities conducted timely first aid but did not survive.

"Immediately after the incident, the police contacted the victim's family to report. We are currently requesting an appraisal and investigation to clarify the cause of the incident," informed a representative of Tay Mo Ward Police.
