On March 22, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board recommended that Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company promptly relocate the D600 water supply pipeline to ensure safety during the construction process and safety during the use of the 25B road upgrade project, the section from the center of Nhon Trach district to National Highway 51, passing through Long Thanh district and Nhon Trach district.
This project is over 9 km long, starting at the intersection with National Highway 51, ending at the center of Nhon Trach district. The road has a hot asphalt concrete structure, an 80 m wide roadbed, and a total investment of VND1,493 billion from the provincial budget for implementation from 2023-2026.
Project progress, Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that on December 25, 2024, it signed a construction contract for construction package No. 10. Currently, the construction unit is implementing this package with construction items such as: vertical drainage system, roadbed. It is expected that the overall completed volume in 2025 of this package will reach 50% of the contract value.
Provincial Road 25B is also an important route serving traffic connection at Long Thanh airport, expected to be put into operation in 2026.
In the planning of the Long Thanh airport project, the two routes T1 and T2 play a role in connecting with the main traffic axes in the area to connect traffic to the airport. In which, route T1 will connect with National Highway 51 and provincial routes 25B, 25C. Then, it will connect with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway and Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 which are being invested in construction.
Since then, it has played a role in connecting Long Thanh airport with Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces in the Southwest region. At the same time, share traffic pressure for the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway.
On January 9, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Provincial Road 25B Upgrade Project from the center of Nhon Trach district to National Highway 51.
