Recorded on Le Kha Phieu Street, near the intersection of Binh Thuan Overpass and Nguyen Van Linh Street (towards the Western provinces), the traffic flow is crowded, moving slowly, causing local congestion.
At around 9am, every line of cars and motorbikes jostles each other every meter on Le Kha Phieu Street, especially at intersections with small roads.

On Nguyen Van Linh Street, there was a congestion of about 500m.
Traffic police have been mobilized to regulate and divert traffic at these intersections.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phat (from Dong Thap) said: "Last year I went to this level but was stuck, this year it was better. Hopefully the road ahead will be better".
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Binh - Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that during this year's holiday, PC08 Department mobilized all forces, focusing on key routes and areas, gateway areas, bus stations, train stations, airports and places where cultural activities and entertainment take place.
Ho Chi Minh City currently has more than 300 points at risk of congestion. In particular, the locations at high risk of congestion during the holiday are Cat Lai port, Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, Binh Dien bridge, Tan Van intersection, ...
At these locations, the traffic police coordinated with local police, youth volunteers and security forces at the grassroots level to regulate and direct traffic, limiting prolonged congestion.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Binh recommends: "Each citizen needs to become a smart traffic participant, proactively grasp information, choose a suitable route, comply with the law and instructions of the authorities. This will both help ensure personal safety and help keep the city's traffic smooth during the peak holiday days".
