Minimize the risk of traffic congestion when dismantling toll stations
In the afternoon of August 10, according to reporters' records at the Dong Nai bridge toll station area, temporary traffic diversion was organized to monitor vehicle flow, assess the actual traffic flow through the area and complete the traffic organization plan, thereby ensuring traffic safety (ATGT), minimizing the risk of congestion during the dismantling of the station.
According to Road Management Zone IV (Vietnam Road Administration), it is expected that construction and dismantling of the toll station will begin at 8 am on August 11. Construction and traffic diversion plans have been discussed and agreed upon by relevant units, ensuring safety for the construction force and maintaining stable traffic for vehicles passing through the area.

Previously, Road Management Zone IV, Dong Nai City Department of Construction, Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai City Police, Tran Bien Ward People's Committee, Long Hung Ward People's Committee, Southern Road Project Management Board and construction units... had a working session to agree on construction organization measures and traffic safety assurance plans.
According to the agreed plan, the contractor must install a full system of traffic signs and information signs at the construction area, and arrange traffic controllers at the beginning of the construction area to guide vehicles.

Regulators must be fully equipped with labor protection according to regulations. Dismantling will be carried out in a rolling manner on each lane, limiting the scope of road surface occupancy. In each construction phase, it is necessary to maintain at least 3 car lanes and 1 motorbike lane for traffic.
Strive to complete before September 1st
During the construction process, the contractor must increase manpower, machinery, and equipment to accelerate progress, striving to complete the items before September 1st.
The Project Management Board, the supervision consulting unit and the construction contractor must also make a list of personnel and contact phone numbers to ensure that coordination is carried out promptly throughout the construction process. When local traffic congestion occurs, units must proactively coordinate with functional forces to regulate, and at the same time quickly clean up and clear the construction area, not allowing prolonged congestion.

Long Hung Ward People's Committee and Tran Bien Ward People's Committee are requested to coordinate propaganda to people in the area, and at the same time ensure security and order during the demolition of the toll station.
