Implementing Plan No. 1205/KH-UBND dated December 15, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune; Plan No. 01/PA-BCCKPHQ dated December 15, 2025 and Notice No. 64/TB-BCCKPHQ dated December 15, 2025, the People's Enforcement Committee of Hat Mon commune organized the enforcement of remedial measures for 5 violations; at the same time, notified departments, offices, units and individuals participating in the enforcement force about the time and location of specific tasks as follows:
The implementation period starts from December 23, 2025.
According to the plan for organizing enforcement, at 6am, members of the enforcement force were present at the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune to agree on the enforcement program, then moved to the enforcement location. From 7:15 a.m., the forces participating in the enforcement will be connected. From 7:30 a.m., enforcement will be carried out to remedy the consequences of land violations.
The enforcement location is at the location of the violating land plot in Dong Mieu, Doc Cai, Bai Gia areas in Tao 1 village, Tao 2 village, Tao 3 village.
The 5 violating plots include: plot No. 29.5, map sheet 271B, Bai Gia copper land, Hat Mon commune (old Tam Thuan commune) of Mr. Tran Hoc Thai's household; plot No. 32-25, map sheet 271B, Bai Gia copper land of Mr. Ho Huu Duc's household; plot No. 22, map sheet 271C, Doc Cai copper land of Mr. Phan Dinh Thanh; plot No. 22, 7, map sheet 271C, Doc Cai copper land of Mr. Do Duy Thang; plot No. 231 and 23, map sheet 271C, Mieu copper land of Mr. Phan Dinh Kham.
Previously, at the conference to propagate and mobilize 5 cases of violations of land order to voluntarily comply with the Decision on compulsory implementation of remedial measures held on the afternoon of December 16, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Tap emphasized that the construction of works on agricultural land without permission from a competent state agency is an act of violating land laws. According to regulations, land must be used for the assigned purpose.
