On October 14, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that the Department of Home Affairs is organizing a collection of comments on the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on policies to attract and promote talented people to work in Party, State agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province.
According to the draft, the province has a support policy after receiving and recruiting high-quality human resources, the highest support level is 1.2 billion VND for those who are professors - doctors of science, 1 billion VND for associate professors working at state agencies.

For doctors; experts, managers, business administrators, leading scientists who are Vietnamese or foreigners, Vietnamese international scientists and technologists, especially Nghe An people abroad, legal scientists, lawyers, and good lawyers will be supported with 600 million VND after being accepted and recruited.
University graduates with excellent grades in majors and fields are supported with 60 million VND; People with training in the field of information technology (graduated from a regular university, classified as excellent) who are accepted to work at agencies and units in the province, have scientific research or initiatives, technical solutions at the provincial level or higher and have 3 years or more of experience in the field of information technology (for civil servants and enterprises), 5 years or more (for civil servants) are supported with 100 million VND.
University graduates in the field of information technology classified as excellent at universities and academies will be supported with 100 million VND after being accepted and recruited.
Some subjects working in disadvantaged mountainous communes will be supported with an additional support of 60 to 100 million VND.
Notably, Ph.D. students in the province who need to (serve the needs of socio-economic development of the province) in the country will be supported with 150 million VND, while students studying abroad will be supported with 200 million VND and 4 round-trip tickets for high school between Vietnam and countries with training facilities (calculated according to actual invoices).
According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the issuance of this policy aims to implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo on Nghe An development to 2030, with a vision to 2045, while overcoming the shortage of young cadres, good cadres and brain drain to the private sector. The policy is expected to create a driving force to attract and retain high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
