The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued a notice of conclusion on the pilot application of a system of criteria and software to evaluate work efficiency (KPI) for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the provincial political system.
Accordingly, after considering the submission of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and the opinions of relevant agencies and units, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to pilot the KPI criteria and software system.
The pilot program aims to assess the appropriateness of the system of criteria and KPI software, as a basis for completion before considering widespread application throughout the political system of Nghe An province.
The pilot period is 2 months, starting from July 1, 2026.
At the provincial level, the units selected for piloting include: Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Provincial Party Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Science and Technology.
At the commune level, the pilot program is being implemented in Thanh Vinh ward and Hung Nguyen, Hai Chau, Nam Can communes.
The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested that the pilot implementation in selected localities must ensure implementation in Party agencies, People's Committees, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level.
The Organization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units, and localities to organize the pilot implementation to ensure strictness, efficiency, and on schedule.
This unit is also assigned to work with VNPT Nghe An to agree on contents related to security and information safety for data of officials, civil servants, and public employees updated, stored and exploited on KPI software before putting it into pilot operation.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board is responsible for monitoring, urging, and summarizing the implementation situation; advising on evaluating the implementation results, and reporting to the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for consideration and direction.
