The authorities suspected that this was a house fire that stemmed from a jealous love conflict. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated and clarified.
On October 19, related to the fire suspected to be caused by arson that occurred at a business establishment in An Khe ward (Gia Lai province) in the early morning of the same day, another death was recorded.
The victim was Mr. N.B.C. (born in 1992, residing in An Khe ward). Mr. C. and Ms. T.T.T.N. (born in 1994, living in the same ward) are married and have 1 child together, N.B.T. (born in 2020), but have divorced.
After the divorce, Ms. N. had a relationship with N.A.D. (born in 2001). On the evening of October 18, Mr. C. visited his child and slept at Ms. N.'s house on Do Trac Street (An Khe Ward).
At around 4:30 a.m. on October 19, a fire suddenly broke out fiercely from the house, causing Ms. N. to die; 3 people were injured including Mr. C., T. and D. Due to severe injuries, Mr. C. died later.
