On the morning of June 15, information from the leader of the People's Committee of B'Lao Ward (Bao Loc City, Lam Dong) said that a fire had just occurred in the area.
The incident happened early this morning, at a 3-storey house built by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luan's family, located deep in alley 695 Tran Phu Street (residential group 3, B'Lao Ward).

According to initial information, at 5:00 a.m. this morning, while 5 people in Mr. Luan's family were sleeping, they discovered a burning smell covering the house. After that, Mr. Luan woke up to check and discovered a fire burning fiercely in the living room on the ground floor of the house. Mr. Luan called on everyone in the house to find a way out, and at the same time called on people around to help put out the fire and informed the authorities to come and rescue.
At this time, 4 people on the ground floor quickly escaped safely from the back door of the house.

The 14-year-old brother who was sleeping on the 2nd floor was trapped and was taken out with support from the people. Due to smoke inhalation, people took the child to Lam Dong II Hospital for emergency care. Currently, her health is stable.
Upon receiving the report, the People's Committee of B'Lao Ward mobilized police, militia and the Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Joint Team to the scene to coordinate in extinguishing the fire.
After about 30 minutes, the fire was basically under control, fortunately no one was injured.
However, the fire burned down 4 motorbikes, 1 electric bicycle, 2 televisions and many other items, causing an estimated loss of about 200 million VND.
The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit in the living room.

After the fire was extinguished, the People's Committee of B'Lao Ward visited, encouraged and supported Mr. Luan's family. At the same time, the authorities also sent forces to help clean up and overcome the consequences, as well as arrange temporary accommodation for the family during this time.
