Accompanied by belching, acid reflux, and burning sensation in the epigastric region.
The patient had self-examined and used medication before, but the condition did not improve.

At about 6 am on May 20, the patient was admitted to Truong Sa Medical Center in a conscious state, with good contact, but still with subdued pain in the epigastric region and heartburn, no fever.
Through clinical examination, doctors diagnosed the patient with gastroduodenal ulcer.
Immediately after receiving the patient, the military medical team of Truong Sa Medical Center conducted intravenous fluids, used gastric juice reduction drugs, digestive enzymes and closely monitored the progression of abdominal pain as well as the overall health condition of the patient.
According to doctors at Truong Sa Medical Center, the patient is predicted to be moderate to severe, and needs to continue treatment according to the protocol and closely monitor for timely treatment if there are abnormal developments.
