Excited by the simplification of procedures
Recorded at the Tan Lap Ward Public Administration Service Center (Dak Lak), from early morning, people were present to carry out procedures related to the land sector.
At the land file reception gate, two employees are always on duty to support people. After being carefully checked, people's records and documents will be received and issued a clear and transparent appointment to return the results.
Mr. Tran Dinh Dong (residential group 6, Tan Lap ward) shared that his family has nearly 600 m2 of land for perennial crops. Currently, he needs to convert the purpose of use to residential land for housing.
When he arrived to complete procedures at the Tan Lap Ward Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Dong was enthusiastically guided by the staff. After only 20 minutes, Mr. Dong's entire application was received and an appointment letter was issued.

At the Dray Bhang Commune Public Administration Service Center (Dak Lak), the working atmosphere is also very bustling. Many people come to do administrative procedures, especially in the land sector.
Mr. Trinh Van Minh (Hiep Tan village, Dray Bhang commune) could not hide his joy when he came to do the procedures for the first issuance of a red book.
Previously, I was often afraid to do land procedures because they were cumbersome and complicated. Now, thanks to the settlement at the commune level, the procedures are simpler and faster, Mr. Minh shared.
Commitment to serving the people
Mr. Huynh Thanh Trung, specialist of the Tan Lap Ward Public Administration Service Center, said that according to the new regulations, the People's Committees at the commune level are allowed to carry out 14 procedures related to the land sector.
During the 3 days of operation, the Center received and processed about 20 sets of land-related records.
Mr. Le Phuoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang commune, said that the Commune's Public Administration Service Center is located in a favorable location, with spacious and fully invested facilities and machinery.
This helps the center meet the requirements of serving people according to regulations and effectively implement tasks right from the time the two-level local government model officially comes into operation.
According to the leader of Dray Bhang Commune People's Committee, in the past 3 days (from July 1 to 3), the locality has received 7 land-related records. The process of receiving and processing documents is carried out by Dray Bhang commune in accordance with regulations.
It can be said that the Administrative Service Center in the commune has brought joy and satisfaction to the people of Dak Lak. This contributes to improving the quality of administrative services and building trust in local governments.
According to Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP, from July 1, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee will have the authority to issue land use right certificates.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has issued an official dispatch to implement the above decree to ensure uninterrupted service for people and businesses.
