From the policy of re-planning the cultural and spiritual space, Viet Tien commune (Hung Yen province) is implementing the construction of a new Van Noi communal house, while relocating Hung Khanh pagoda and expanding the campus of the Hoang Thi Loan Memorial House. This is a step to overcome the situation where worshiping works have to be temporarily and narrowly arranged in the same area, while meeting the increasing religious needs of the people.
Van Noi communal house was originally a place to worship the village tutelary god, playing an important role in the spiritual life of the community. However, due to historical changes, the old communal house is no longer there, and worship for a long time has had to be performed temporarily within the Memorial House campus.

Hung Khanh Pagoda is also in a similar situation, making the religious space lack separation, affecting the solemnity. Therefore, rebuilding the communal house and moving the pagoda to a new location is a common desire of local people.
Immediately after the policy was approved and received consensus, these days, Van Noi village became busier than ever. From early morning, people were present in large numbers at the land area preparing to build the communal house to clean up, level the ground, and transport materials together.
Without specific assignments, each person consciously takes on a part of the work: the bricker, the lawnmower, the cleaner... creating a working atmosphere of urgency but full of cohesion.

What is easily noticeable is the enthusiastic and voluntary spirit of the people. Many people temporarily put aside family work to participate, considering this a common task of the village.
The elderly contribute with light tasks, young people take on heavy parts, women prepare drinking water, logistics... All coordinate smoothly, making the work happen quickly and effectively.
The first bricks are neatly arranged, row by row gradually forming on the new ground. Although it is just a preparation stage, everyone is doing it carefully and surely, as if entrusting faith in the communal house that will be built in the near future. For the people of Van Noi, this is not only building a project, but also a way to preserve tradition and create a cultural living space for future generations.

Although working all day, from morning until dark, everyone's spirit still maintained excitement. When the work was temporarily completed, looking back at the neatly renovated land, everyone felt tired but happy. A meaningful working day closed, opening up anticipation for the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony - an important milestone for the village.
From the correct policy to the consensus of the people, the journey of building Van Noi communal house is starting with simple but meaningful actions. That spirit of joining hands will be the foundation for the project to be completed soon, contributing to forming a spacious and sustainable cultural and spiritual space for the locality.
