The content of the above clip was determined to have occurred at a milk tea shop in Hung Tien commune, Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province.
On April 8, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Luu Van Dong - Chairman of Hung Tien Commune People's Committee confirmed that the content appearing in the clip posted on social media occurred at a milk tea shop in the commune.
"The incident occurred on the evening of 7.4, right after the incident, the commune police force was present at the scene to solve the incident. The incident happened no one was injured, but many furniture in the shop were smashed and damaged" - Mr. Dong said.
