    Tuyen Quang - While cleaning on the side of the road, Mr. T.V.M was suddenly hit by a car tire and died.

    Initial information, the accident occurred on the afternoon of February 21, at km195+620 of National Highway 2, in Yen Phu commune (Ham Yen district), killing one person.

    At that time, the tractor trailer with license plate 19F-004.xx was pulling a trailer driven by Mr. T.X.K. (born in 1979, from Phu Tho) was driving in the direction of Ha Giang - Tuyen Quang, when the rear axle of the car suddenly broke, causing the tire to splash and hit Mr. T.V.M (1970, residing in Ham Yen district), who was cutting grass on the side of the road.

    The strong collision caused the victim to die. The case is continuing to be investigated and clarified.
