On February 20, Ba Ria City Police are coordinating with relevant agencies to clarify the case of a person who died at Ba Ria Hospital, initially suspected of committing suicide by jumping off a building.
At around 4:00 p.m. on February 20, a young man fell from a high floor and died on the spot in Ba Ria Hospital. The incident caused many people to panic.
According to a source from Lao Dong Newspaper, this young man brought some personal items to Ba Ria Hospital and then moved them to a higher floor. When arriving at the B9 stairs, the 13th floor, this person stopped to leave some documents and items, then suddenly jumped out into the air and died shortly thereafter. Among the items left behind was a passport named N.V.H (born in 1991).
It is known that this person had previously been admitted to the Emergency Department for treatment and then left. It is not yet clear why this person returned and committed unusual acts.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
