According to Mr. Thi, the bus company's staff said that due to a conflict over picking up passengers, the driver and the bus assistant with license plate 74E-005xx ran forward, stopped the bus and then spoke to the staff in license plate 73H-018xx.
Unable to stay calm, Mr. P.Q.T (born in 1983, from Vinh Linh district) - a driver with license plate 74E-005xx - used his hand to hit the employee of the car with license plate 73H-018xx.
Realizing the incident, Mr. Thi contacted the bus company with license plate 73H-018xx by phone to apologize.
Mr. Thi said that he would temporarily let driver P.Q.T off work and coordinate with bus company 73H-018xx to clarify the incident.
Informing Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of bus company 73H-018xx said that they had received a call from bus company Hue Thi to apologize for the above incident.
However, the person who directly beat the employee has not yet responded or officially apologized.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the bus company whose bus assistant was beaten confirmed that the above incident occurred at around 10:25 p.m. on March 16.
At that time, the BSK 73H-018xx passenger bus was running on the Le Thuy route (Quang Binh) to Da Nang City.
