When they ran out to check, people discovered a man lying motionless on the ground, suspected of falling from a high floor of a building.
According to some witnesses, the incident happened so quickly that people did not have time to react. I was sitting in the house when I heard a very loud roar. When they ran out, they saw the man lying on the ground, with no signs of life. Everyone immediately called the police, said a resident.
Immediately after receiving the report, Ngoc Thuy Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene, sealed off the area and coordinated with functional units to conduct an autopsy, collect evidence, and investigate the cause of the incident.
A leader of Ngoc Thuy Ward Police confirmed the incident and said that the unit is verifying the victim's identity and clarifying the cause of death.
The case is currently being investigated and clarified.
