Accordingly, at around 1:00 p.m. on March 3, Mr. L.X.K (residing in Binh Minh village, Huong Binh commune) went out to the back garden of his house and was shocked to discover that his son, Mr. L.S.D (25 years old), had committed suicide by hanging.
Mr. K immediately shouted and called someone to help remove the necklace for first aid, but Mr. D had died.
The family immediately reported the incident to the local authorities and authorities.
