Initial information, the incident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on February 18 at the opening from Dinh Vu Street to the side gate of Nam Thuan Steel Company (Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong).
At this time, Mr. N.H.P (born in 1959, residing in Cau Tre ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong) was driving a motorbike in the direction of the city center to Dinh Vu ferry. When arriving at the above location, Mr. P collided with a truck that was crossing the street.
As a result, Mr. P was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room. At 6:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. P died.
Currently, the authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
