On November 4th, voters in K10 Yen Bai area, Hai Chau ward, reflected on the serious damage to civil infrastructure due to the impact of the construction project at 09 Le Duan (Anh Binh Minh High-Class Apartment Project - Sun Solar Residence).
According to people's reflections, the construction unit of this project is operating 24/24 hours. The strong and prolonged vibration has caused 2 to 3 very large cracks to appear right next to the side of the Yen Bai alley 10.
Currently, the road surface is cracked, we are worried that in the long term these cracks will spread, causing subsidence and directly affecting the housing structure of surrounding households. In particular, this area has a collective shrine of the hamlet located next to the house wall, if there are no timely handling measures, it will be very dangerous," a resident in K10 Yen Bai worriedly said.
Also according to people, the continuous construction of the project day and night not only causes damage to infrastructure but also affects the lives, activities and sleep of the entire residential area.
Regarding this incident, Hai Chau Ward People's Committee said that it had grasped the reflected information and conducted an inspection of the current situation at alley 10 Yen Bai.
According to a representative of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee, the construction unit at No. 09 Le Duan is Central Construction Joint Stock Company. The company has also sent an official letter to the local authorities requesting coordination to inspect and survey the actual situation to assess the stability and level of impact of the project on households and neighboring infrastructure.
The content of the official dispatch of Central Construction Joint Stock Company clearly states the necessity to survey the current situation of road subsidence (Le Duan road), project slope and neighboring houses to have a basis for implementing technical measures to ensure safety.
Hai Chau Ward People's Committee said: "After inspecting the site and working with the construction unit, we have a plan to coordinate with relevant parties to inspect and closely assess the actual situation in January. From the survey results, there will be guidance on drilling locations to install standard markers and request the construction unit to have remedial measures to ensure absolute safety for people.
