After checking the project progress, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau requested relevant sectors and local authorities to proactively coordinate with the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board to speed up the construction progress, completing the Le Loi sidewalk renovation project in December 2025. The construction must ensure quality, synchronization, and strictly prohibit road and sidewalk cuts after completion.
For Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Gia Vien Ward People's Committee urgently collects statistics, reviews the origin and land use process of households and individuals to develop a propaganda and mobilization plan to hand over the site according to legal regulations, striving to complete the project in the third quarter of 2026.

As a resident living and doing business on Le Loi Street, Ms. Pham Thanh Tu (Gia Vien Ward) said: "Previously, digging sidewalks at the end of the year was a nightmare for people, especially business households on the road like us. After the city's direction, we really hope the construction process will be accelerated so that the project can be completed soon, and the sidewalks are clean and beautiful for people to celebrate Tet".
