For many people in mountainous areas, the use of applications on smartphones is still quite new. Social insurance officers therefore guide each operation, from logging in, looking up the process of participating in social insurance and health insurance to learning information about benefits.
Direct guidance helps people get acquainted with the utilities right on personal devices. Previous operations that need to be carried out by the social insurance agency have more access methods in the digital environment.
According to Meo Vac grassroots social insurance data provided, to date, 13,665 people in the area have installed the VssID - digital social insurance application, reaching 15% of the total number of social insurance and health insurance participants. This rate increased by 4% compared to the same period in 2025.
Along with that, the data of social insurance and health insurance participants has been synchronized with the population data of the Ministry of Public Security, reaching 91,401/91,401 people, corresponding to 100%.
Data completion helps social insurance agencies have a basis for performing nghiệp vụ on the electronic environment. For people, the use of VssID and VNeID also opens up more channels to look up and receive information about social insurance, health insurance policies and social security regimes.

Guidance for people to proactively receive pensions
According to new regulations, Social Security Benefit Accounts are identified as identification information on VNeID. This is not an independent bank account.
People can integrate a payment account, e-wallet or mobile money account to receive money related to social security policies.
From September 28, state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations can transfer support funds, pensions, social security and other legal funds from the state budget to the Social Security Benefit Account on VNeID.
To use this method, people need to have an electronic identification account and integrate a money-receiving account on VNeID. The integrated account must be the owner's account, with information consistent with the data in the electronic identification account.
In case the beneficiary has not created a Social Security Benefit Account and does not have a written authorization to receive it, the amount of money is still paid in other forms as prescribed.
Thus, VNeID adds another method of receiving pensions and allowances on digital platforms. People can proactively choose and prepare accounts suitable to their conditions.
Before using, people should check their personal information on VNeID and the information of the money receiving account. If they have not performed the operations, people can contact the social insurance agency or local support forces for guidance.
In Tuyen Quang, the guidance on using VNeID is implemented in the program to implement Project 06. In the campaign "Digital Summer with VNeID, digital citizen guidance, accompanying people to implement Project 06", forces are assigned the task of supporting people to use VNeID, online public services and integrate necessary papers and information.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Social Insurance coordinates to propagate and guide people to integrate social insurance and health insurance information on VNeID. Facilities also strengthen direct support, especially in areas where people still have limited skills in using technology.
Data standardization, expanding the use of VssID and VNeID guidance are creating an additional platform for social security services to be deployed in the electronic environment.
