The Criminal Judgment Enforcement and Judicial Assistance Police Department of Da Nang City Police has just coordinated with Dien Ban Dong Ward People's Committee and the City Employment Service Center to organize the 2026 Job Transaction Session for workers, including cases of community reintegration.
The transaction session has the participation of 23 businesses, production and business establishments in many fields, with diverse recruitment needs. This is not only a place to connect labor supply and demand, but also an opportunity for those who have stumbled to receive career advice and access jobs suitable to their abilities, circumstances and actual conditions.
At the program, 8 cases of reformed people were received dossiers by businesses for recruitment consideration and job creation. In addition, 9 cases were registered to participate in vocational training courses to improve skills and expand opportunities for stable jobs in the near future.
Notably, along with job support, the program also opens up more livelihood directions for people to reintegrate into the community. There are 3 cases supported by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies with preferential credit loans, loan amount of 100 million VND/person. This is an important resource for them to invest in production, business, create jobs and gradually stabilize their lives.
According to Da Nang City Police, in the past time, the City Police force has coordinated with local authorities and relevant units to implement many solutions to support people who have completed their prison sentences to reintegrate into the community. In which, job connection, vocational training, and loan support are considered practical solutions to help reformed people reduce feelings of inferiority and avoid the risk of recidivism.
