On October 26, the leader of the People's Committee of Quang Phu Ward, Da Nang City confirmed that a tragic accident had just occurred in the area, causing a woman to die while going to the market to earn a living amid heavy rain.
According to initial information, at around 4am the same day, Ms. P.T.T.S (55 years old, residing in Hoa Ha block, Quang Phu ward) drove a motorbike carrying seafood to Tam Ky market to sell. On the way, the Ky Phu 2 bridge area had heavy rain, strong winds, and a slippery road surface, causing Ms. S to lose control and plunge into a ravine along the road.

Because it was dark and deserted, no one discovered the incident. At around 9am, a passing person saw the car and the victim's body and reported it to the authorities.
The Traffic Police of Da Nang City Police arrived at the scene and extracted security cameras near the area showing Ms. S falling and not colliding with another vehicle.
According to relatives, Mrs. S is the main breadwinner in the family, making a living by selling small-scale seafood in the market. Before that, she had a broken arm in an accident, had just stayed at home for a few days, then tried to go to the market early to " earned some extra money for the rainy season", and unexpectedly had an accident.
The family has completed procedures to receive the body for funeral arrangements.
