According to initial information, in the afternoon of the same day, in D'ran commune, there was prolonged heavy rain, causing some areas along the stream and traffic roads to be flooded.
At about 5:30 p.m. the same day, people suspected that a woman about 27 years old (residing in D'ran commune) was swept away by the flood, so they reported it to the authorities.
After receiving the report, the authorities of D'ran commune and other professional units began the search.
At about 10:20 p.m. the same day, the search was underway but there were no results yet.
