During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind may occur, with the risk of heavy rain over 80mm in 3 hours.

In the next 6 hours, warn of the risk of flash floods, landslides on small rivers, streams and steep slopes in many communes and wards.

Xuan Truong - Da Lat, Phan Son, Phu Son Lam Ha, Phu Tho Lam Ha, Quang Lap, Suoi Kiet, Tan Lap.

The authorities and localities have evacuated people and property to safe places, and at the same time inspected and warned people in landslide and flooded areas.

In reality, Lam Dong province has mobilized hundreds of military officers, soldiers, police, militia and mechanical vehicles to overcome the incident, ensure traffic, clean up flooded areas when the water recedes and visit and support people affected.

According to statistics, by 5:00 p.m. on October 27, more than 90 houses in the Southeast area of Lam Dong province were flooded. Of which, Ham Kiem commune had 30 houses, Ham Liem 15 houses, Ham Thuan Bac 30 houses, Ham Thanh 17 houses and Song Luy commune had 1 house with its roof blown off.
Regarding agricultural damage, more than 420 hectares of crops were flooded, including dragon fruit, rice and vegetables. Ham Thuan Bac commune alone suffered the most damage with 160 hectares of rice, 135 hectares of vegetables, 15 hectares of fruit trees; 670 livestock and poultry were swept away.
The fisheries sector was also affected, Binh Thuan ward damaged 1 shrimp pond, Tuyen Quang commune 10 lakes with an area of about 1.8 hectares.
Regarding infrastructure, the Provincial Civil Defense Command said that a landslide on National Highway 28B caused traffic congestion.
In Ham Kiem commune, 2 roads were flooded over 2m, cutting off traffic since the early morning of October 27 and have not yet been opened to traffic. Some areas along the Ca Ty River, Thi Stream, and Cat River continue to be flooded.
In Ham Liem commune, 10 concrete roads about 20km long are flooded; the areas of groups 6, 7, 8 Hoi Nhon village are still deeply flooded, the water continues to rise, and damage cannot be counted.
In Ham Thanh commune, landslides on the Linh riverbank threatened about 100 households; deep flooding in the spillways separating 781 households.
