According to information from Vietnam Railway Corporation, at 0:03 this morning (September 21, 2025), when the train was preparing to cross the crossroad at km 924+430 (in Son Tinh commune, Quang Ngai), Dai Loc - Quang Ngai area, Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City railway line, two crossing guards, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang and Mr. Nguyen Son Oanh, completed the complete blockage process, waiting for the train to pass, when suddenly a man (unknown background) was driving a motorbike with license plate 76D1-096.xx from the East to the West, without paying attention, he hit the blocker on the left side of the railway, causing him and the motorbike to land in the middle of the railway.

Staff Ho Thi Men quickly operated an emergency signal to warn the train driver to stop train SE12, Staff Dang Thi Mai Len promptly coordinated with people to rescue people and vehicles from the level crossing.
Previously, at 9:28 p.m. on August 22, 2025, at DN km 1649+528 (Long Khanh Bridge and Road, Dong Nai), after the barrier was closed to prepare for the SE4 train passing, suddenly a young man riding a motorbike with license plate: 52F1 2010 crashed straight into the barrier, causing people and vehicles to be stuck on the railway, threatening the safety of train travel. Fortunately, the two barrier guards, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy and Vu Thi Dien, quickly and bravely rescued people and vehicles, avoiding a serious accident that could have occurred.
