The protected area is the headquarters of agencies and organizations in the province, including: Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, Provincial State Treasury, State Bank of Vietnam Treasury - Binh Duong Provincial Branch, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station, Radio Broadcasting Station, Television Broadcasting Station of Binh Duong Province.
Other areas decided by the Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee include: Areas where serious incidents related to political security and social order and safety are occurring;
Areas where natural disasters and dangerous epidemics are occurring on a large scale, seriously threatening the interests of the State and the lives, health and property of the people;
Areas where conferences, seminars, meetings containing top secret and secret state secrets are taking place; important political, economic, cultural and social activities organized by Party and State agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and central and local socio-political organizations require protection;
Headquarters of Party and State agencies, socio-political organizations, important areas and targets of national security (except for prescribed agencies and headquarters), areas containing State secrets.
The scope of the protection area is the entire campus of the agency, headquarters, in front of the entrance, roadway, and sidewalk adjacent to the agency, headquarters.
The scope of the protected area is decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee based on the actual situation.

Areas where crowds are prohibited in the province are campus areas, in front of entrances, roads, sidewalks, adjacent areas, and protective belts around designated areas.
Recording, filming, and taking photos are prohibited in the following cases: Cases, events, documents, locations, times, objects, and statements with important content in the list of State secrets as prescribed by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Public Security. Areas containing State secrets.
Areas where complicated incidents affecting national security, social order and safety, and other issues requiring confidentiality are occurring, it is necessary to prohibit irresponsible people from arbitrarily recording, filming, or taking photos. Areas where military and defense activities are taking place.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decides on areas where recording, filming, and photography are prohibited in important national security target areas and other areas in the province when deemed necessary.
In cases of serving the fight, investigation and handling of law violations, officers and soldiers directly performing the task of ensuring public order are allowed to record audio, video and take photos in designated areas.
