In the days leading up to Tet, the atmosphere in many residential areas that were heavily damaged by the terrible tornado on September 29, 2025 in Ninh Binh has become warmer. Even in my dreams, I didn't think I would be in a new house this Tet. Before, every time there was a storm, the whole family would lose sleep, now I am at peace. For me, the house is not only a place to shelter from rain and sun, but also a spiritual support after the losses of houses and loved ones" - Ms. Soi shared.
