According to the decision, the project belongs to group C, which is a road traffic repair project invested by the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Construction. The total investment of the project is more than 30 billion VND. The implementation scope is located in Kim Dong and Binh Minh communes, following the current route direction, from Km0+000 to Km4+000.
The project implements the repair of the foundation and road surface on sections from Km0+000 - Km3+628 and Km3+713 - Km3+985; no site clearance is carried out, no additional land area is occupied.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the investor to organize the implementation of the next steps in accordance with the law; and at the same time choose appropriate construction solutions, ensuring thrift, efficiency, quality and safety in the implementation process.
The implementation of the National Highway 12B repair project contributes to timely overcoming damage and degradation of the road, ensuring traffic safety, improving operating conditions and maintaining the service capacity of the road, meeting travel and cargo transportation requirements, serving socio-economic development in the area.
