Accordingly, the project was renamed the Infrastructure Construction Project for the land use right auction and resettlement area to serve site clearance for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis in Binh My commune.
The adjustment aims to invest in building synchronous technical infrastructure, ensuring landscape and environment, gradually connecting with infrastructure in neighboring areas, creating a commercial land fund to auction land use rights for people to build their own houses, creating a source of budget revenue to serve infrastructure construction investment in the commune and creating a land fund to arrange resettlement to serve site clearance for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis.
The total investment of the project is allocated from the central budget (capital source for site clearance of the North-South high-speed railway project) and the provincial budget.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Binh My Commune People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete the adjusted feasibility study report of the project and submit it to competent authorities for investment decision in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Construction and related laws. In addition, organize project implementation according to regulations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and preventing loss, waste, and negativity in the implementation process.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies and units to guide UND Binh My commune to complete the project dossier and procedures to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
