The system allows 24/24 hour monitoring and tracking on traffic routes and key targets to detect and remotely warn of phenomena that may cause disorder.
Automatically identify violations of traffic laws such as running red lights, speeding, driving in the wrong lane, stopping and parking in violation of regulations. At the same time, support the work of command and control, handling emergency situations, tracing criminals, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and efficiency.
This is not only an effective tool to help the police force improve the effectiveness of state management of security, order, and traffic safety, but also contributes significantly to the work of preventing, detecting, and handling crimes.
Immediately after officially operating and coming into operation, from data recorded on the surveillance camera system, the Traffic Police of Ninh Binh Province will send notices of violations to traffic patrol and control teams on the route to promptly handle violations directly or carry out handling procedures in the form of "cold fines".
In the coming time, the Provincial Police will continue to advise the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee to invest in and upgrade the system to be synchronous and modern, creating a safe and civilized traffic environment for people and tourists in the whole province.
This is an important milestone in the digital transformation roadmap, demonstrating the great political determination of Ninh Binh Provincial Police in applying modern science and technology to ensure security and order.
