    Lao Cai - A device explosion accident of unknown cause at Tang Loong Industrial Park killed 1 person.

    In the afternoon of February 23, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Quang Uy - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tang Loong commune said that at about 12 pm on February 23, at Phosphate 5 Vang Vietnam Co., Ltd., Tang Loong Industrial Park, Lao Cai province, an equipment explosion incident occurred.

    Immediately after receiving the information, the Party Committee of Tang Loong commune was present at the scene, directly directing and coordinating with functional forces to organize rescue and support the handling of the incident.

    Regarding initial damage, the incident killed 1 person, Mr. Vang Van Lam (born in 1995, residing in Bac Ha commune, Lao Cai province).

    Currently, functional agencies are verifying the cause and statistics of related damages.
