Oil tank explosion, 1 man hospitalized

HCMC - An oil tank at a car repair shop on Hau Giang Street (District 6) suddenly exploded, sending a 45-year-old man to the emergency room on the evening of October 28.

At nearly 8:00 p.m. on October 28, District 6 Police arrived at the scene of a car repair shop on Hau Giang Street, Ward 12, District 6, to investigate the cause of the explosion of a 220-liter oil tank, which caused a man to be hospitalized with burns.

Earlier, at around 6pm, residents living near the repair shop heard a loud explosion. When they went to check, they discovered that the oil tank at the repair shop had exploded and spilled out onto the street.

A man with severe burns was taken to the hospital by locals for emergency treatment.

Currently, authorities are investigating and have not announced the cause of the explosion.
