According to the person who posted the clip, at around 10:22 p.m. on December 8, at the Dong Thang expressway intersection (Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province), a car (license plate unknown, driving in the direction of the expressway) entered the opposite lane at this intersection.
Not only did the car enter the opposite lane, it also turned on its headlights, blinding vehicles traveling in the opposite direction (from the highway).
After the clip was posted, it attracted the attention of the online community, most of the comments criticized and condemned the driver's behavior.
On December 12, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the leader of Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) - said that after receiving information about the incident, the unit will proceed to verify and clarify.
