According to initial information, at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, on National Highway 46 through Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district (old), a car with Nghe An license plate collided consecutively with two motorbikes traveling on the bridge. The strong impact caused the car to collapse about 10m of the bridge railing and then plunged straight into the river.

As soon as the incident occurred, people shouted and called rescue forces to respond. The two people in the car were lucky to escape from the car and swim to shore safely. However, these people said that there was still an unknown person in the car.
