On July 21, the Fire and Rescue Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that functional forces had just salvaged a car that plunged into a people's pond, and removed the body of the trapped driver inside.
According to initial information, at about 5:55 am on the same day, the unit received a report about a car with license plate 36A-512. xx plunging into a pond of a household in Tri Can village, Thieu Hoa commune, Thanh Hoa province.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces mobilized officers, soldiers and specialized vehicles to the scene to deploy rescue and relief work.
Through inspection, the police force determined that most of the vehicle body was completely submerged underwater, and there was one person trapped inside.
Officers and soldiers cordoned off the scene, using a crane to bring the vehicle ashore. After the car was brought out of the water, functional forces broke the car door and removed the victim's body.
The victim was identified as Mr. N.Q. K. (born in 1988, residing in Dong Hoa village, Thieu Quang commune, Thanh Hoa province).
The victim's body was then handed over to the family and functional agencies to carry out procedures according to regulations.
The cause of the incident is being verified and clarified by functional agencies.
