On July 3, the People's Committee of Bac Trach commune said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, causing a car to plunge into the river.
According to initial information, at around 2:30 p.m. the same day, a car was traveling on National Highway 1 in the South - North direction. When arriving at Thanh Ba bridge area (in Bac Trach commune), the vehicle suddenly plunged into the river.
At the time of the accident, there were 4 people in the car. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene, deployed rescue measures, regulated traffic and coordinated to bring the vehicles to shore.
The cause of the incident is currently being further verified and clarified by the authorities.
