On the afternoon of June 27, in Da Nang City, the Central Power Corporation held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish 6 new Power Companies on the basis of merging affiliated administrative units.
The new Quang Tri Power Company was formed on the basis of the merger of the former Quang Binh Power Company and Quang Tri Power Company.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Corporation presented the decision to appoint Mr. Hoang Hieu Trung - Director of Quang Binh Power Company, to the position of Director of Quang Tri Power Company. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of the Central Power Corporation emphasized the establishment of new units to streamline the apparatus, improve management capacity and customer service quality.
In the coming time, Quang Tri Power Company will focus on modernizing infrastructure, promoting the application of technology and digital transformation to effectively manage and operate the power system, ensuring stable power supply to serve socio-economic development and people's lives in the area.
