On July 9, the Department of Justice of Lao Cai province held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Justice on the establishment and appointment of leaders of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Authorized by Mr. Vuong Toan Thang - Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management of the Ministry of Justice to announce the Decision on establishment and decisions on appointment of leaders of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Lao Cai province.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Tuong was appointed as Chief Justice of Lao Cai province, Mr. Vuong Anh Tan and Vu Truong Trinh were appointed as Deputy Chief Justice of the province.

Also at the ceremony, the decision to appoint leaders of 5 specialized departments and 9 regional civil judgment enforcement departments was announced.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai - full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice, stated that Lao Cai is a mountainous province with complex terrain, unsynchronized transport infrastructure, and a high proportion of ethnic minorities are difficulties in work.

The full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice proposed that the new Civil Judgment Enforcement of Lao Cai province focus on performing well 6 key groups of tasks, promoting the role of maintaining legal discipline and protecting the rights of organizations and individuals in the area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Tuong - Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Lao Cai province promised to continuously practice political mettle, public ethics and professional capacity to meet the increasingly high requirements of practical work.

On this occasion, the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Lao Cai province announced the decisions on leave of absence for 10 civil servants according to Decree No. 178/ND-CP of the Government.
