According to initial information, at about 3 pm this afternoon (January 1, 2026), a car with Hanoi license plate driven by a woman was traveling in the direction of Vo Thi Sau to Thanh Nhan.
When reaching in front of number 88 Vo Thi Sau, the car suddenly collided with a motorbike driven by a man crossing the road. The strong collision caused the motorbike to be hit and thrown onto the sidewalk.
According to some witnesses, the car then continued to rush onto the sidewalk and collided with 6 other motorbikes parked there.
At the scene, the car was heavily damaged in the front, airbags exploded, and rear tires exploded. Many motorbikes were damaged. The man on the motorbike was injured and taken to the emergency room.
Upon receiving the news, traffic police and Bach Mai Ward Police were present to divert traffic.
