However, there are still cases of bridges and roads being partially flooded at some locations such as: Km28+800 Km29+050, flooded about 150m long towards Thai Nguyen Hanoi (flooded about 60cm deep); Km28+850 Km29+050 about 100m long towards Hanoi Thai Nguyen (flooded about 15cm).
Currently, the Road Management Area Office, Bac Nam Company in coordination with the Traffic Police Department (PC08) - Thai Nguyen Provincial Police conducts traffic diversion at Yen Binh intersection (Km41+350); at the same time, coordinate with Traffic Police Team No. 15 - Hanoi City Police to route at Km29+250.
Diversify vehicles with less than 9 seats from Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, old Bac Kan, Cao Bang via Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (CT07) to Bac Phu intersection at Km26, go to National Highway 3 at Km24 and follow National Highway 37 to Bac Ninh.
In the afternoon from Cao Bang, the old Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen to Hanoi, vehicles move on the CT07 expressway to the Yen Binh intersection at Km41+850, onto National Highway 3 at Km42, continuing to Hanoi and the plain provinces.
