Based on the provisions of law, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has issued a decision to administratively fine citizen Nguyen Ba D (born in 2006, residing in Trung Thanh village, Quang Vinh commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province) VND 62.5 million, and force him to perform his military service according to regulations.
Previously, on February 14, citizen Nguyen Ba D was absent and did not comply with the military service order at the handover and receipt ceremony organized by Duc Tho district.
In order to fulfill military service and people's public security service in 2025, the whole Ha Tinh province will have 1,568 new soldiers. Of which, 1,300 people have joined the military service, 268 people have joined the police. On February 14, a military handover ceremony took place in all 12 districts, towns and cities in Ha Tinh.
