On May 19, on some social networking sites in Thai Binh province, information about people discovering 2 abandoned newborns (suspected to be a pair of twins) was posted, attracting the attention of the public and the online community.
According to shared information, the two newborns were discovered in Thai Phu Tho village (Hong Phong commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province).
That same evening, responding to Lao Dong reporter, the leader of Hong Phong Commune People's Committee confirmed that the above incident had just occurred in the commune.
Accordingly, at more than 4:00 a.m. this morning, May 19, in Thai Phu Tho village, some people were walking to exercise when they suddenly discovered 2 newborns who had been abandoned for a few days, so they reported it to the local authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the relevant authorities of Hong Phong commune carried out procedures according to the provisions of law.
Currently, this locality has issued a notice on the loudspeaker system to find relatives of the two newborns.
After the prescribed time, in case no relatives come to receive them, the two newborns will be subject to further procedures by the authorities according to the law.
