Initial information said that at around 5:30 p.m. on October 8, a woman (about 60 years old) brought the baby to the emergency room in a state of respiratory failure, body temperature disorder, cyanosis, and many larvae, flies, and bugs biting his body.

After being admitted, the hospital doctors actively provided emergency care, oxygen and antibiotics. The baby's health is currently stable.

“The woman said she found the baby on the side of the road, but did not specify where she was from. She also intends to adopt the baby. The hospital is waiting for the baby’s health to stabilize before continuing with the next steps,” said a representative of Thanh Hoa Children’s Hospital.
